Who We Are
The Practice
I treat a number of mental health and substance abuse disorders and provide a non-judgmental space to children, teens and adults. Everyone comes from a different place, with different experiences and people do not fit into a "one size fits all" approach. I will work with you to develop and implement treatment techniques tailored to your needs, strengths and abilities. I believe that everyone has the ability to get the most of themselves to become the best 'you' can be.
Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner qualities and capabilities. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan that will work best for your goals.
