I treat a number of mental health and substance abuse disorders and provide a non-judgmental space to preteen, teens and adults. Everyone comes from a different place, with different experiences and people do not fit into a "one size fits all" approach. I will work with you to develop and implement treatment techniques tailored to your needs, strengths and abilities. I believe that everyone has the ability to get the most of themselves to become the best 'you' can be.
